what is the office hours of immigration desk that issue a 72 hour visa in beijing?

I will arrive in the airport around 10pm. I plan on staying in the airport overnight and apply for 72 hour visa around 4am so i have time going to Mutiyanyu Great Wall on sunrise. Is the immigration office that issue the 72 hour free transit still open around 4am? If not what is the office hours? Thanks

Vader, you misunderstand the procedure. You need to apply for the free transit when you arrive at the airport. Upon arrival, you are able to find direction boards that lead you to where you can apply for the transit. It's actually a stamp in your passport. With this stamp, you can leave the airport and visit the great wall.
