The previous weather statistics show that the temperature may range from 70F to 80F during that period of time. There will be several rainy days. You are suggested to wear jackets, T-shirts and jeans. About the attractions, you can go to Ali Mountain, Jade Mountain, Sun Moon Lake and Taipei National Palace Museum, Kenting National Park, Taroko National Park, Beitou Hot Spring  and Cingjing Farm, etc. Do make a good plan! They are all worthwhile.
