when are the peak hours in shanghai?

My flight arrives in Pudong airport at 5am, and I need to get to the Hongqiao to catch a flight at 9:40am. I want to take the earliest (7am) Shuttle bus, and the description says it takes about an hour to reach there. However, the comments say that it will take longer during peak hours. May I know what the peak hours are and how long that would take?

Unfortunately, 07:00 to 09:00 is kind of the rush hours, so the shuttle bus ride may takes longer time, about 70 – 80 mins. Since you are pressed for time. I suggest you take a taxi to Hongqiao airport once upon your arrival, and that would makes you get to the airport punctually.
