I'm Polish and I stay in Japan as entertainer. I want to apply for Z visa to China.

I'm Polish and I will stay in Tokyo till the end of November then i would like to go to PRC as a model. I already got from PRC all documents I need to apply for Z type. Is it possible to get it in Chinese embassy in Tokyo if I show those documents?
