Why did the Qin dynasty only last fifteen years unlike some of the other great dynasty's?

Liam, because the rulers adopted despotic rules to govern the country. The civilians couldn't live a stable life. Instead, they were forced to pay heavy tax and work to build the great wall. Eventually, they couldn't endure. Then they chose to overthrow the rulers.
