about chinese government scholarship

Thank you Rose for that detailed answer to my question early on. But who are the dispatching authorities and receiving agencies? i would be grateful for more clarification please.Thanks

Edward, according to my understanding, the dispatching agency should be the authority in your country which is in charge of the scholarship applications, maybe it's the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The receiving agency can be China Scholarship Council or the university you are interested in.
