About:Lijiang Transportation

Lijiang Railway Station to Bus Station

I will be arriving the railway station at 6.30pm. And I want to take the early bus to Tiger leaping gorge or Qiaotou.

i. How should I go to the bus station from the railway station? The cheapest and the fastest way.

ii. Which bus station should I go to take the bus to Qiaotou? Which bus and the cost? Is there any direct bus to TLG or I should get off at Qiaotou?

1. You are suggested to take direct coach from Main Bus Station, and arrive at Tiger Leaping Gorge (Upper Part) or Qiaotou. From the airport, you can take bus no.18 to White Dragon Square. Then walk west along Changshui Road around 720 yards to arrive at the bus station.
2. To the scenic area, the schedules are 08:00 and 08:30. The ticket fare is CNY 20 to 30 per person. It takes around 2 hours.
To Qiaotou, they depart from 07:00 to 17:00. I remember that the fare is around CNY 25 per person. The travel time is about 3 hours.
