Hi,If we need to visit only white water river do we have to pay Jade Dragon Snow Moutain  admission fee or not?

Yes, you have to pay the entrance of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain because Baishui (White Water) River is just located inside. And the fee is for all attractions in the scenic area. But to experience the ropeway, you need to pay extra.
