Requirement for tourist visa (L type)

I am a student and want to visit china during my semester break so what all documents do i have to submit if i apply for a tourist L type?

The required materials include the application form, your recent color photo, your passport and its photocopy, the round trip air tickets, hotel reservations, recent six months bank statement as well as your itinerary.

Will only the application, recent color photo and booking reservation work??? Because I don't want to book any ticket before getting my L type n from where I will get a bank statement? I'm just a student,I don't even have a bank account

Hi, Salman, for your first question, the application form, your recent color photo, your passport and its photocopy are the basic materials. Documents showing the itinerary including air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of a hotel reservation are necessary.
As for your second question, you can have a try to apply for it without financial proof, but I'm not sure it will succeed or not. Here is the embassy telephone number: (0088-02)9856064 (15:00-17:00 only) Office Hours : 9:00 A.M.-12:00 NOON, Sunday through Thursday except holidays.
