About:Marriage Registration in China

No divorce papers

Hi,

I divorced in 1994 and have no papers in China, where I've lived for 5 years. My family can't find the decree absolute in my papers. (UK)

What options do I have?

I think you should ask the authority in UK which is in charge of civil affairs to issue you a certificate in order to prove that you have divorced.
