Requirements for applying for French tourist visa for Philippines passport holders

I'm a filipina, work in China for about 5 yrs, in Zhuhai city, Guangdong. I have a working permit and temporary residence permit. How can I get French tourist entry permit, I want to spend my holidays in France . What things I need to do? Thanks in advance.
