About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Invitation letter to stay a long time

Hello, I'm from Nigeria and I have a Chinese friend who's inviting me to come and live with him and also partner with him in business, I plan to stay for more than 3 years, how to I start up the visa process. Please I need all the details, thanks

Joel, does your friend have a company in China? If yes, you can apply for a work Z type entry permit and apply for a residence permit after you enter. The residence permit allows you to stay a long time there. However, if you can apply for the Z type, you can only apply for a tourist L type and you cannot stay long in PRC.

He doesn't have company, but i plan to work with him while we send electrical gadgets to my customers in Nigeria.
