i have about 48 hours in guangzhou. i shall be staying at baiyun airport hotel.

What are my options for sightseeing, halal food and transportation to the City Centre and back to Airport? Thanks

On the first day, you may go to the Haizhu Square and Beijing Road to do some shopping and have some local food.Then, you can enjoy the charming scenery of the Pearl River, or take a boat along the river. On the second day, you may go to climb the beautiful Baiyun Mountain. Or, you can go to see the Canton Tower, a landmark of the city. In order to taste authentic Halal food, you may go to the West Xiatang Road where Muslim people live together. The Gaoyuan Muslim Restaurant on F1 of Qinghai Hotel at no. 6, West Xiatang Road, Baiyun District is highly recommended. The street is near the Xiaobei Station of subway line 5, so you may easily get there. It is very convenient for you to shuttle between the airport and the city proper by subway line 3.
