Transit from fra through PEK to Taipei by a Taiwan resident in under 3 hours? What is required?

Three hours is enough for you. You need to follow the guiding signs, and go through Border Inspection, Security Check, and Custom Inspection. After that, you just wait and board. No visa is needed. Don't worry!
