No, I don't think so. It is during the coldest time in Jan. and Feb. with the highest temp reaching 14C and the lowest being -3C. When it rains, you feel colder. In addition, there is not much to see in the two months, except experience Chinese Spring Festival. At last, personally, it is recommended to travel during Apr. and Sep.0
