About:China Tourist Visa

6 hours transit in Guangzhou..can i leave airport?

i really want to visit my chinese friend while in transit in guangzou (baiyun) airport. i will stay 6 hours in transit. what visa type would i need to leave the airport?

Ken, you don't need the transit permit. You simply need to apply for temporary stay permit at the airport so that you can leave.
