About:Guilin Liangjiang Airport
I am arriving at Guilin airport at 9:35am, would I still be able to take a cruise to Yangshuo, how?

I'm afraid your time is too tight to catch the cruise. As I know, the Li River cruises leave the dock between 09:30 and 10:30. So you may choose other way to Yangshuo, At the airport, direct buses are actually available at 09:30, 11:30, 13:30, 15:30, 17:00, 18:30, 20:00 and 22:30. It takes around 1.5h and costs CNY50 per person.
