it was mentioned that, me and family should take extra precautions in December due to sudden accidents? But lucky for any lottery?-- pls specify thank u.

Yes, in Dec. your family and you should avoid hiking or snorkeling in case of any accidents. Do ask them to drive carefully, especially at night, and drunk driving is prohibited.

Your money luck is just so so and I don't think lottery will bring you luck.
