single to double entry visa

Hi,

I am a Dutch student with an X2. Im planning to go to thailand soon, and I wonder how to obtain an additional entry and whether or not it is needed? Also, after this trip I will have to be able to return to China again.

Laura, if you hold a single entry one now, then it will be invalid after you go to Thailand. If you plan to come back to continue your study, then you need to apply for another X2 type. And I am not sure whether you can apply for the new X2 in Thailand successfully.
