About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-Hour Visa-Free Transit for cruise ships.

Is there any plans to extend the 72-Hour Free Tansit to cruise ships that are in port for less than a day. We are visiting Shanghai in March and would like to know if we qualify for 72-Hour-Free Transit. The cruise visits Hong Kong before landing at Shanghai for one day only.

Phil, 72 hours free transit only applies to those who fly in and out at certain airports. If you take cruise, then you are disqualified.
