Can I hire a local guide at Mt Huashan ticket office to bring me to the 4-5 peaks of the mountain?

If so, what is the charge?

Yes, it's easy to find an English speaking tour guide at Tourist Service Center. Generally speaking, the fare is CNY 200 to 400. After arriving, you may ask the staff of the scenic area about the exact price.
