Can someone help with Chinese?

I ordered something by China post and it says: 已出口开拆. Does someone understands what it means?

Fatih, this status means that your parcel was being checked by the customs. If there is nothing wrong, then status might change into Delivery to airport. Then you needn't worry about your parcel because it is already sent to you.
