Yes, according to the previous records, this city doesn't have extremely cold winter. So it's ok for you to tour around. The temperature may range from 30 F to 45 F during that period of time. You should wear winter clothes, such as pants, sweaters, down jackets, snow boots and scarves. Have fun!0
