About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Chinese Police Clearance

Hi,

I lived and worked in China from Sept 2012 until July 2014 and I was able to exit without any problems. I am now back in the Philippines and currently working on getting a partner visa for Australia.

The australian Immigration is asking for a police clearance from countries I stayed in. Is there a way for me to get a PRC police clearance while I am here in the Philippines.

Please help.

Thanks
Monica

Monica, you can contact the PRC embassy in your country and see if it can help you to get the police clearance. If not, you may need to go back to PRC and apply for this document from the police station which has jurisdiction over the place you lived. Then have this document notarized and authenticated by the Phillipine embassy in PRC. If it's difficult for you to enter PRC, you can see whether there is an agency which can deal this for you.
