About:Huangshan Mountain

We will arrive Huangshan airport early afternoon. We will take "taxi" to Huangshan.

Where do we buy entrance tickets?
How do we get we get to xihai hotel by cable car?
We don't have time to hike up that day.

You can buy entrance tickets at the gate on the spot. You may take the taxi to Songgu Nunnery. Take the Taiping Ropeway (Pine Valley Station to Red Cloud Station) onto the mountain. Then, go ahead to your hotel within 15-20min. The Taiping Ropeway is in operation from 7:00 to 16:30 on weekdays, and from 6:30 to 16:30 on weekends.

By the way, the Yungu Ropeway is nearer to the airport. But, after getting off the cable car, you have to walk for about 40 to 50 minutes to reach the hotel. The Yungu Ropeway is in operation from 7:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, and from 6:30 to 17:00 on weekends. :)

Do hurry up and hope you can catch the cable car!
