About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Can i buy the Transportation Card outside of Beijing, like online?

I arrive very early in PEK (06:50) at Terminal 3. Will the counters be open by than and if yes, where on Terminal 3 can i buy the card?

As I know, the card cannot be bought online. But you are lucky that the purchase is available in the Ticketing Window/Counter of the Airport Express Train. It opens before 06：20 (T3), when the first express train leave for downtown.
