About:

travel to nanjng from shanghai

coming from Sri Lanka UL 866 and it will reach PVG at 2145 hrs. Wanted to know distance, how to travel and time it will take to travel from the airport to a railway station to go to nanjing. will I be able to go to nanjing in a train which is at 2330 hrs from the city. If not what is the convenient time for me to book the ticket to nanjing.

According to your arrival time, you are suggested to take airport shuttle bus line 5, get off at Main Railway Station first. The duration is about 80 mins. And the distance is about 31 miles.

Maybe it's a little bit tight to catch the one scheduled at 23:30. But don't worry. If you miss it, you can take thoses scheduled at 23:36, 23:42 and 23:48. They also depart from Main Railway Station.
