how many hours from changsha to shiniuzhai, and how to go back to the departing city, what time?

It takes around 2.5 to 3 hours on the way. About the return way, you can take direct coach from Shiniuzhai Bus Station and arrive at CS East Railway Station. But I cannot find the exact bus schedule. You can consult the staff at the bus station.1
