You can take long-distance bus route from CS to Hongqiao Bus Station, get off at the intermediate Shiniu Town first. The schedules are 08:00 and 13:40. The ticket fare is CNY 59 per person.
After arriving, hire a private car to get to the park directly.0

Well, it's not necessary for you to bring the drive license.
There is always a driver in the car, actually the driver is also owner of the car.
BTW, these are private cars as it is difficult to find a regular taxi around. So you can bargain with them.0
