baby, 1 year old, suitable to travel to shangri-la on nov 23 to 28, family holiday?

our trip cover from Kunming, dali, lijiang up north to the city during nov 23 to 28.

Hi, Tracy. It is okay. Previous weather statistics show that the temperature varies between 48F to 63F in November. So, you need to dress the baby in warm clothes. Have a nice family trip!
