about visa run in jinmen (kinmen)

Hi, i have 1 year M type with 30 days per stay multiple entry , and now i'm in Xiamen, can i take the ferry from xiamen port to jinmen but i can't enter it because i don't have entry permit for taiwan, so can i just cross the customs mainland side and get back again without entering jinmen ?
