How do I address a letter to a married Chinese couple?

I am writing thank you notes to parents of my students here in the United States. Some of my students are Chinese. I don't want to offend their parents by addressing them incorrectly. For example, do I address them in the letter as Mr. Hong Jiang and Mrs. Yani Zhang?
