About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I'm in Malaysia, I just have toursim visa for three months in Malaysia

I'm from Yemen, I would like to go to china to get married with my Chinese gf, can I apply from Malaysia, I have no permit resedient or work permit in Malaysia.. If can, what are the required documents?

Gamal, as far as I am concerned, there is still some possibility that you can apply from there. The required documents are a valid passport, a copy of the passport's photo page, an application form with a recently-taken bare-headed photo stuck on it, the original and photocopy of your entry permit, and an invitation letter from your gf.
