To be honest, there is not much to see in early Mar. Anyway, the lakes will start to melt. You can see sparking water and spring scenery then. In the distance, you can even see snowcapped mountop. However, the highlight of the scenic area is colorful lakes and leaves, so the best timing is Sep. to Oct.0
