Calvin, if their parents are youngers than your parents, you can call them 叔叔 (Shu Shu) and 阿姨 (A Yi). If they are older than your parents, then you should call 伯父 (Bo Fu) and 伯母(Bo Mu).

Calvin,
When you are addressing a friend's parents, you will refer to them as Mrs. or Mr. followed by their last name, if they ask you to call them by their first name, then do so.
For example, your friend, Jordan Whitman (Whitman being the family name), has invited you to his house. When you two enter his house and you see his mother (Her name is "Juliet Whitman") sitting down you would address her as Mrs. Whitman "Hello, Mrs. Whitman!" is what you would say. If she askes you to caller by her first name then you would say either "Miss. Juliet" or "Juliet". Same for the father and the parent's friends

Call them Mister (then their family name) if they are male, and if they are female, call them Misses (Family Name).
