How to get a working visa if you have a residence permit?

Hi, My husband and I came in China in 2010 and I worked until mid of 2011 and resigned. He is still working here and I have a residence permit and so the kids. I am planning to go back to work. How do I get a Z type now that I have a residence permit? Does it still need to be processed in my home country?

I am afraid that your resident permit should be expired. If you plan to get back to work, you should find an employer, get yoru work permit and reapply for the Z type. If you get your Z type successfully, you should change it into a resident permit within 30 days upon your arrival.
