Can you please assist us on how to plan our city tour along Tsim Sha Tsui from 3PM until midnight?

According your limited time, you don't have enough time to tour around Victoria Peak.
So you can arrange the route like this: Hotel - West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade - Mong Kok Area - Tsim Sha Tsui & Avenue of Star - Lan Kwai Fong -Hotel.
1. From hotel to the Promenade, take West Rail Line at East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, get off at Nam Cheong Station. Then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Kowloon Station, Exit B. After that, walk southwest around 1.3 miles.
2. From Promenade to Mong Kok, take Tung Chung Line at Kowloon Station, get off at HK Station. Then walk to Central Station and take Tsuen Wan Line to Mong Kok Station, Exit C1.
3. From Mong Kok to Tsim Sha Tsui, take Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then walk south around 800 yards to arrive at Avenue of Stars.
4. From Tsim Sha Tsui to Lan Kwai Fong, take Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station, Exit D2. Then walk southwest around 280 yards.
5. From Lan Kwai Fong to the hotel, take Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Exit B2. Then walk northeast around 450 yards to find the hotel.
