About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

I am a srilankan passport holder visitng USA on my way i stay morning 6am to 8pm in HK

so what visa should i apply to go out during that time and how much it cost.

Well, you need to apply for a transit type entry permit for Hong Kong. If you apply from the embassy, the cost is Rs 3000. If you apply directly from the HK Immigration Department, the fee is 100 HK dollars.
