from Dongzhimen station to Shunyi District, Beijing

How do I go to the China Administration of Sports for persons with disabilities building, using subway?

Do you refer to China Disabled Persons' Federation in Shunyi District?
If yes, there is no direct subway that can take you to the destination. You need to transfer the subway and bus. So you suggested to can take public bus no.918, get off at Shunyi Senior Housing Station. After arriving, walk west along Shunping Road around 830 yards.
