Hello,I have a Taiwan passport and I would like to apply for a Travelling Permit to mainland. I am playing with a university orchestra in Trier and we are invited to go to Xiamen in April 2016 to play a concert. It is just for 7 days. I would like to know what are the right procedures to apply the Travelling Permit? And Can I come to Luxemburg instead of Frankfurt as I live in Trier and a mother of two. Would be nice if I can do my application in Luxemburg. Please let me know. Thank you so much.Sincerely Chenni

Chenni, I'm afraid you have to apply for it in person from the consulate in Frankfurt. First, prepare a filled application form, a 48mm x 33mm color bare-headed photo againt white background, your passport and a copy of it, and the original and photocopy of your residence permit in Germany. Then go to the consular office and submit the application. If you do intend to apply from the embassy in Luxemburg, please confirm with the office before going there.
