Passport for Infant born in Singapore

Hi, I am a Filipino and my wife is Chinese. If she gives birth in Singapore, and we would like to have our child to have a PRC passport, I understand that aside from all the other documents needed, we need "documents showing your baby did not join another nationality"... What type of document is this? Will an affidavit stating that the child is not Filipino work...? Is there a specific form to fill or request?

Hello, actually, you need a certificate presented by Philippine immigration office to prove that your baby has no Philippine nationality and it also needs to be authenticated by the embassy of PRC in Philippine.

Thanks a lot. I called the PH Embassy, who said that all they need is my wife and my passports and the baby's birth certificate. They will then issue certification that the child will not get a Philippine citizenship and will not apply for a Philippine passport.
