How much will it cost for Canadian resident to get an entry permit to PRC, I live in Manitoba region?

Well, Tom, you should apply from the CVASC office in Toronto. The fee is different for the citizens from different countries. If you hold Canadian passport, the fee for the entry permit is 145.2 Canaidan dollars, including 100 paid to the consular office and 45.2 paid to the CVASC as the service fee.
