regarding transit visa facility in guangzhou airport for residence of uae holder

Hi I am holding Bangladeshi Passport having UAE residence .Going to Vancouver,Canada from Dubai via China Eastern Airlines,holding Canadian Tourist visa.on the way i have an stay over in CAN about 11 hours. In this period i would like to vist the city .so how can i get a transit visa?

Please complete the “embarkation/disembarkation card”. After landing, go to the inspection counter of China Immigration Inspection to show your boarding pass for the onward connecting flight and passport as well as fill in an application form. Then you can easily get a stay permit. With it, you will be allowed to go to the city.
