more info needed on tai shan

Question

1) Is it safe to climb up Tai Shan at night? 2) If we want to hire a tent on Tai Shan, how can we do so?3) Besides Shenqi hotel on Tai Shan, are there any other cheaper accommodation options up the mountain?4) If we camp atop Tai Shan while waiting for the sunrise, is there any public toilets available?5) What do we need in order to have a safe climb up Tai Shan at night?6) Is the fast train from Suzhou North Railway Stn to Tai'an City the same as to Tai Shan? I'm a bit confused here.Hope someone can help with these questions. Really appreciate your answers a lot! Thank you in advance.

1. Yes, it is safe to climb at night. Actually, many people do that in order to catch the sunrise. 2.  Along the climbing route and on the mountaintop, many sites are available for tent rental. You need to pay CNY200 guarantee fee and the tent rental costs CNY50-60. When returning the tent, you can get the CNY200. 3. I also know Kongjun Hotel, in the north of Jade Emperor Summit and close to North Heavenly Gate Cable Car, and Mountaintop Xuri Htel near Jade Emperor Summit. They charge CNY300-400/night/room. If climbing at night, it is no need to stay in a hotel. 4. Yes, public toilet is available on the top. Besides, there are many toilets along the roads. 5. Although lamplight are set along the roads, I suggest you prepare a flashlight. Besides, prepare enough water, and a towel (for wiping perspiration). It will be cold on the top, if possible, pack up several pieces of thick clothing. 6. No, TA and Taishan Stations are diffferent. Take a taxi from the high speed rail station to the scenic area and it costs around CNY25. May help!
