to know expensives in gui yang city on china for daily needs

i want to know information indetail about food expensives, transportation in gui yang city in china. for how much yuans we can get vegetables, tansportation fair, income tax and insurance policy for onsite employee for month.

The living cost of the city is generally low:
1. For a regular meal for rice or noodles, CNY10-15 is enough.
2. Buses are the most popular transportation, it costs CNY1 or CNY2 for each ride. Taxi fare is CNY8-10 for the first 3km and the fee for each additional km is CNY1.6-2.
3. If you wanna cook on your own, the unit price of common vegetables like tomatoes, eggplant and potatoes varies a little from season to season, but generally CNY1.5-3 per 500g (only for your reference).
4. Income tax: the standard is CNY3,500/month. If your income is more than that, you need to pay 3% of the extra part.
