About:FAQ on China Postal Service

the state of your parcel. will it be intact?

I heard that when you use China post to send your stuff to other countries they never arrive in a good condition sometimes missing. How true is that? I mean does that mean if I were to send a box full of white wedding dressing from shanghai to Botswana they might not arrive, or the time they arrive they would be torn and soaked in ink or something?

No, it is not true. I often use China Post to deliver things to my daughter, who is studying in the USA. Things mostly arrive timely and all in good condition, as long as the packages have been well packed/wrapped. Do relax!
