accommodation certificate

Question

I will be travelling to China with a One year M visa. my intention is to exit every after 28 days. l will be staying in Guangzhou. but l need to rent a small house around guangzhou .l want to know whether they will allow me with my M type to rent a house..please advice.

According to relevant regulations, you should have a Temporary Residence Permit and you have to register for your accommodation at the local public security bureau (PSB) with your passport. So it depends on the PSB whether you can get the accommodation certificate or not.
