Hi, Virginia. You may take G train or D train at the South Railway Station. The train is available from 7:00 to 21:23. For the G train, the duration is about 5 to 6 hours. The commercial seat costs CNY 1,748, the first-class seat costs CNY 933, and the second-class seat costs CNY 553. For the D train, the duration is about 12 hours. The advanced soft sleeper costs CNY 1,233, te soft sleeper costs CNY 615, and the second-class seat costs CNY 309. Have a nice trip! :)
