Tianjin International Cruise Home Port from Beijing Capital Airport

Hello! I'll be arriving at Capital Airport 00:05 I need to be in Tianjin International Cruise Home Port before noontime. I need your help guys on what is the best and safest transport to get there on time. I've researched about the bullet train but there is no assurance that i can buy ticket on that same day. Airport shuttle bus to Tianjin I have to wait for the 7:30AM schedule of the 1st departure and what time is the ticket counter for shuttle bus opens.. since my arrival is very early it will take me 7 hrs to wait for the A shuttle bus. My other option is taking Airport taxi upon arrival and go directly to Tianjin Cruise Home Port. Is it safe to travel long distance at night woman solo? .. and how much would it cost me? Thanks
