hangzhou airport to westlake golden plaza hotel at 11.35pm.

What is the best transport i need to take?

You can take the shuttle bus Pinghai Road Line to the Metropark Hotel, which is about 0.5 miles walking distance from your hotel. The bus fare is CNY20, and the bus will be in operation till the last bus ends.
